Cooking With The Classics

"Cooking with the Classics" is a new twist on classical music entertainment. Guest Chefs, during Cooking with the Classics, will chat about a recipe-du-jour or dish of the day as it relates to a particular classical composer or era of classical music…which will be featured as well during the day's program. In support of the Allentown Symphony of the Lehigh Valley, PA - Cooking with the Classics seeks to entertain and engage the listener, particularly ones who might not yet know they are fans of classical music. Cooking with the Classics, a light and engaging show, seeks to encourage appreciation for classical music through the accessibility that food offers. After all, who can't resist great cooking?
